How long does the program take?
Lite engagements take 1 week. Core engagements are typically 2 to 3 weeks, and Premium engagements take 4 to 6 weeks.
What materials do I need to provide?
Any combination of patents, concept descriptions, data files, CAD/designs, prior reviews, grant applications, or background reports.
Is this confidential?
Yes. We execute a mutual NDA before any materials are reviewed. We also utilize a secure FTP site for larger file uploads and downloads.

About Pricing and Payment
How much does it cost?
Projects typically range from $3,000 to $12,000 based on scope. We also offer scalable engagements designed to match your needs and budget.
Do I need to pay upfront?
Lite requires full payment upfront. Core and Premium programs require a 50% deposit to initiate work.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes! If you start with Lite or Core, we credit that amount towards an upgrade within 30 days.
Technical & File Logistics
How do I share my materials?
We provide a secure and encrypted file upload link to an FTP server that is ISO 27001 certified and HIPAA compliant, with data residency in the US, Canada, or Europe.
How do I receive my reports?
Depending on the size or your preference, we can email you the reports or provide a secure download from our FTP site. A video conferencing debrief is also included for Core and Premium tiers.
